Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your purchase of products from CSK STAR Packaging PLT ("CSK", "we", "us"). By placing an order with us — via WhatsApp, in-store, or any other channel — you agree to these terms.

1. Products & Pricing

• All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. The price confirmed at time of order is final for that order.
• Product images on our website are for reference. Actual products may vary slightly in colour or packaging.
• Minimum order quantities (MOQ) may apply for certain products. Our team will advise you at the time of enquiry.

2. Orders

• Orders are confirmed once you receive a confirmation from our team via WhatsApp or other communication channels.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock availability, pricing errors, or other operational reasons. A full refund will be issued if payment has been made.
• Order amendments (quantity, product, delivery address) must be requested before the order is packed and dispatched.

3. Payment

• Payment methods accepted: bank transfer (online banking / DuitNow), cash (in-store), and other methods as communicated by our team.
• For delivery orders, full payment is required before dispatch unless a credit account has been approved by CSK management.
• Receipts and invoices will be issued upon request.

4. Delivery

• We deliver to Kuala Lumpur and Selangor. Delivery to other areas may be arranged upon request.
• Delivery timeframes are estimates only. CSK is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or third-party logistics providers.
• Delivery fees are communicated at the time of order and may vary by location, order size, and timing.
• You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery. If undeliverable, re-delivery charges may apply.

5. Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered. Claims must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order, with photo evidence sent to our WhatsApp.
• Products must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging.
• We do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases or products that have been opened and used.
• Approved returns will be exchanged or credited to your account. Refunds in cash are at our discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

CSK's liability for any claim arising from the purchase of our products is limited to the value of the products purchased. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of CSK STAR Packaging PLT and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
